Will my dog be left soaking wet after a walk if there’s precipitation that day?
We will give the dog a good towel dry upon returning home and do our best to make sure we minimize the mud or water tracking through your home. We suggest closing doors or areas of your home to keep the dog out while you’re not home.
What types of walks will you take my dog on?
Group Walks
We generally like giving the dog variety by going to different areas. Just like humans, dogs like variety and new environments to sniff around in. These walks can include off-leash areas and strolls around your neighbourhood. If you want a specialized route, we suggest using our solo walk service.
On certain occasions we have so much fun with the dogs, that we may go over the time slot… only with your permission though and at no extra charge.
Solo Walks
The solo walks are perfect for dogs who have special needs or can't be walked in a pack. We customize these walks based on your wants and the dogs needs.

We do our absolute best to gain and hold your trust with confidence. We're fully insured by ProFur Insurance, who specializes in pet care professionals insurance policies.
All of our pet care professionals have been hand selected and trained to care for your pet and home with the utmost care and love. They have gone through background and security screening to ensure top level security is maintained. You have the right to select a different staff member to care for your pet at any time, for any reason.
All house keys are kept in secure lock box in a concealed area of our office. They are tagged only with your dogs name, no address.
If my dog is not spayed or neutered or has special needs can I still use your service?
Absolutely. You'll still have access to solo walks at great rates. We can't walk your dog if they are not spayed or netured for safety reasons. Dogs that are in heat or are 'intact' can have some serious behavioural issues when around other dogs.
Terms Of Service

Accepted forms of payment: cash, Interac e-mail money transfers and Visa, Mastercard, Amex via your online invoice if you pay monthly.

All animals must have proof of up to date vaccinations, having been spayed or neutered (for group walks) and be free of any contagious viruses.

Dogs must be atleast 6 months of age for group walks.

Each walk time begins upon arrival to pick up your dog and ends upon returning to your property.

We require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid being charged for the service you requested.

In order to provide safe, reliable and efficient service, we will need a copy of your house key and special instructions for entering and leaving your property.

Each client is responsible for providing a working collar and leash for each dog.
